GREEN SMOOTHIE LUNCH
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups homemade Almond milk
- 1 heart of romaine
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 pear
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 squeeze of lime juice
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp Maca poweder
- 1/2 tsp camu (optional)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
