Today's morning elixir is becoming a fast fave in our house.
I created the recipe based on something I tasted in Bali.
- 1 cup homemade almond milk
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- pinch cardamom
- optional, add a few threads of saffron
- Blend in high powered blender and serve at room temperature or heat on the stove until warm.
It feels and tastes like loving support.
