A grown up take on an old classic! Peanut butter and banana smoothie for lunch!
PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful of spinach or other greens
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (I usually go for a heaping tbsp)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 5 cubes of ice
- Blend together all ingredients until smooth!
