Vegan Banana Bread

Having two pastry chefs as land mates is proving to be delicious. Vegan banana bread with berries for breakfast!
 

VEGAN BANANA BREAD

Serves 4+

INGREDIENTS
 

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup nuts or seeds 

PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  • Mash bananas with maple syrup
  • Add all other ingredients folding in flour last
  • Bake at 350 for 40 mins until the top is firm and the sides separate from the pan
