I am in LOVE with ginger lately. I can't seem to get enough of it. This ginger sauce is so simple and so delicious! It's great served on fried rice or over veggies. I used the leftover from this meal to top quinoa pasta with spinach and avocado! It was completely make-shift and totally awesome!
