When we first started making our own almond milk it felt like SUCH a big deal.
These days it's just part of our healthy life and that has me celebrating how changing my beliefs around pretty much everything has been that bit of extra support (and still is) I needed to stop living the life I didn't want and start living the life I do want.
I stopped thinking that making nut milk was time consuming, messy or tedious. I started thinking that it's really easy and fun (because it is).
Two small steps on repeat over time = huge shifts!
