Morning Elixir

Today's morning elixir is becoming a fast fave in our house.

I created the recipe based on something I tasted in Bali. 



  • 1 cup homemade almond milk
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • pinch cardamom
  • optional, add a few threads of saffron


  • Blend in high powered blender and serve at room temperature or heat on the stove until warm.

It feels and tastes like loving support.
