Self Love Is A Practice

Try this on as a "what if." Take a breath and begin to explore your physical form with curiosity... what if your thoughts could illicit emotions that were shaping your physical form? What if you had incredible power and could create by thought alone? How would you wield it? What loving thoughts would you devote yourself to? 
Body love (and acceptance) begins as a thought. Play it on repeat like your teenage self played that fave song, you know the one that made you feel so deeply, the one that spoke to your soul. Play your loving thoughts until you move past knowing the words to embodying them.
