Sweet Lovin' Smoothie

Fill in the blank. Maybe it's that you make sure you eat three square meals today or go for a walk or run, or meditate for the first time in forever, or drink a glass of water when a craving strikes, or walk around barefoot in the grass. What would feel so good if you just made some time to do it? 

For me it's going to be a run! I could sooooo easily skip it but my whole body is saying ---- 'dude, lacy! You can breathe with ease.... Gooooooo run!' 



  • 1/2 fresh cantaloupe,
  • 3 cups almond milk,
  • 3 frozen bananas,
  • 3 tbsp coconut butter,
  • 2 tbsp chia,
  • 3 tsp maca


  • Blend for a vegan smoothie delight!
