The weekend starts now 🙌🏼 and this recipe is vegan!!!
- 2 cups *Einkorn flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups almond milk
- 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt
- Add in vanilla, maple syrup, almond milk mix and wait for slight rise
- Add coconut oil and mix
- Pour on hot griddle and enjoy!
