Blended Reset Button

I've just gotten home from a weekend away in Dallas at the gift show shopping with my gf Leigh for her gift store called Marmalade. If you're ever in Boston it's a destination worth visiting! It MAY make you want to live there forever. Yes, you'll want to live right there in the store. I'm only half kidding.

Leigh and I get together any chance we get and this time that meant a road trip to Dallas for shopping and seeing old friends! It is so fun to see Leigh's growing belly! And I got to spend some time Sunday with dear friends from college and meet their new baby girl! There are so many sweet little people in my life right now!

Have you heard the saying "what you eat today is how you'll feel tomorrow!" That's exactly what I'm dealing with today. Feeling FULL from the weekend eating so today I'm sliding gently back into the routine, answering mounds of email + sipping green smoothies! Greens are THE ultimate reset button! They are the single most missing food in the Standard American Diet with the power to eliminate cravings + balance the body! Getting greens in daily will transform your life! I'm counting on this smoothie transforming my morning!

*Gluten-free *Dairy-free *Vegan

Serves 2


  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 5 romaine leaves
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp camu camu powder (optional)


  • Blend spinach, cucumber, romaine + almond milk until smooth
  • Add dates + avocado blend until smooth
  • Then add everything else.
  • I like to put leaves in first + frozen items (banana in this case) in last to make sure the smoothie comes out nice and frosty!
