Integration suggestions

After a coaching call you may need some time to assimilate and integrate the good work that was done. Though we are talking much of the time and you will have some homework to do it's important to note that much of our work happens on an energetic level. As a result you may continue to feel deeply and ride waves of sensation. This is completely normal and a great opportunity to be extra kind, gentle and loving with yourself.


A few suggestions to further support yourself:

  • Breathe! My favorite way to ensure I am consciously breathing throughout the day is to take three deep breaths anytime I walk through a doorway, sit on the toilet or wash my hands. Perhaps one of those will work for you too. 
  • Water. For the next 3 days drink 2 Liters of water daily. Usually before 2 pm is best (purely practically speaking) so that you are not up all night peeing. 
  • Recognize that you are no longer stuck but in a process! As such, the process will be greatly helped by being tender and loving to yourself. If you are tired, rest. Give yourself permission to care for your own needs. 
  • Avoid overexposure to social media, the news, political information, voilent films, etc. Be very careful of what you are inviting into your mind and energy body.
  • Ground. Walk barefoot on the earth and get your hands into some soil. 
  • And finally do things that feel light and fun - laugh! play! Enjoy your beautiful life!
